Test of guaranteed compressive strength

All pressure tubes pass through a pressure test before delivery. Therefore underwater conditions up to 600bar - corresponding 6000m water depth -are simulated in the inhouse pressure tank. After successful testing a compressive strength with 1,5 safety is guaranteed for the tubes.

Specifications:

• for tubes made of titanium, stainless steel, aluminium and others maximum length: 950mm
  maximum diameter: 180mm
• compression up to max. 600bar
• test periods from 30 min. to long-term tests
• pressure test certificate
